Getting Started Decide on why you are doing this and what you want to achieve from it.Develop an Environmental policy that sets this out. Define what you can consume less of, what you can re-use and what you can re-cycle. Engage your employees. Calculate your Carbon Footprint and set a realistic reduction target. Look at your energy use & how to reduce it - include utilities and transport. Look at reducing use of materials. Work with suppliers for them to do the same.
